Who I Am

I'm Neetu (she/her), a somatic coach grounded in queer and feminist frameworks. I bring somatic coaching, yoga, breathwork, and conscious movement together into an experience that is collaborative, curious, and moves entirely at your pace.

As a queer, cisgender woman of color raised in a Sikh, Panjabi immigrant family, I know what it's like to hold multiple, sometimes conflicting identities and to do it largely without a roadmap. That lived experience shapes everything about how I work.

My path to somatic coaching began with yoga over 15 years ago — a practice that gradually evolved from something focused on alignment and controlling the mind into something far more intuitive, embodied, and alive. I'm certified in Somatic Coaching through The Embody Lab and hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy dilly-dallying in my backyard, trying out new recipes, and hanging out with my wife.

I bring a trauma-informed lens to this work, drawing from queer and feminist theory to challenge the oppressive cultural narratives that shape how we relate to ourselves and our bodies.

In our work together, you'll be supported to:

  • Align your actions with your values and vision for your life

  • Alchemize difficult feelings rather than suppress or bypass them

  • Build autonomy and self-determination

  • Unlearn internalized narratives that no longer serve you

  • Cultivate a deeper, more trusting relationship with your body

This is not about fixing you. It's about expanding your capacity to be with yourself — honestly, compassionately, and on your own terms.
